At DIPSET COUTURE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
